At Hanley Energy Electrical, we understand the importance of relationships.

We partner with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) to ensure that we have the finest electrical workers in the industry. As one of the largest unions in the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), the IBEW has over 775,000 active members and retirees across North America. Its members include technical specialists across many fields, such as utilities, telecommunications, construction, and more.

HEE is also proud to partner with Steamfitters United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States, Canada (UA) Local 602.

With more than 4,500 heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and process piping professionals in the National Capital Region, Steamfitters UA Local 602 serves as the backbone to countless critical services in our area. And, they offer their consistent, expert support day in and day out, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We don't stop there, though!

We also partner with the top manufacturers in our industry, like Hanley Energy, to become experts on their products. As a product-agnostic company, we want to understand every part like we developed it ourselves. We know that knowledge is power for our customers; we built our large Research & Development facility in Ashburn, Virginia, for this singular purpose.

One of the things we love most about the IBEW is its Code of Excellence Program (COE), which "is designed to ensure the highest standards of excellence on each and every IBEW workplace."
